A branch of Gordon Ramsays Michelin star awarded Maze restaurant (pictured bottom right) is expected to open in Cape Town in April 2009.

Located at One&Only Cape Town – Sol Kerzners new resort in the V&A Waterfront – the restaurant will follow in its London namesakes footsteps by presenting sample-sized dishes, here taking inspiration from typical South African fare rather than French cuisine, with a strong focus on local seafood and game.

One&Only Cape Town will also see the opening of legendary chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisas popular Nobu restaurant, which already has branches in the USA, UK, Italy, Greece, Japan and Australia.
