Established only in 2020, the World Culinary Awards operates on a self-nomination process where entry is free of charge. The final winners are selected by a panel of industry experts, discerning consumers, and prominent figures in the culinary community. Read more about the process here.

At the heart of this culinary success story is Group Executive Chef Vixa Kalenga and his award-winning culinary team who continuously serve sensory-driven signature dishes with a luxurious twist on contemporary Japanese izakayas and classic Cantonese cuisine.
