This year, we’ve been announcing nominees for the Eat Out Nederburg Rising Star. (The winner will be announced at the Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards on 17 November.) We’re now thrilled to announce the shortlisted chefs that are in the running to be this year’s Eat Out Nederburg Rising Star.

The shortlisted chefs are:

André Hill, Upper Bloem

Dale Stevens, FABER

Katlego Mlambo, The Marabi Club
