Chef Nathan Clarke is at the helm of TTK Fledglings, an Eat Out star restaurant tucked into the heart of The Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town’s busy Woodstock. With a focus on growth and upliftment, Nathan’s philosophy is reflected in a menu that’s as refined as it is approachable, offering an elevated dining experience in a relaxed setting. 
 
The restaurant has certainly made its mark on the local food scene, with one 2023 Eat Out judge praising one of its dishes: “One of the best gwinya I’ve had in a long time – perfectly seasoned, with a salty, herby topping that brings out the sweetness of the dough.” 
 
Nathan’s rise to executive chef is nothing short of inspiring. Starting his career in the scullery, his journey through the kitchen ranks is a testament to his relentless determination, passion, and unwavering commitment to his craft.
