Had the chef's meal of the evening. Very good pork salad. However, for mains he made grilled lamb chops with boiled potato and vegetables. This is not Japanese food?

This is the best Japanese restaurant in Africa. No doubt. The chef, Takanori Fujiwara, gets the best fresh fish and you really taste it.
I am a Japanese food lover. And her you get what Japanese food is about. Try the various Sushi/Sashimi and you are convined as we are.
