The Cointreau – politan

Feminine, stylish and glamorous – this is a zesty cocktail you shake yourself.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

50ml of Cointreau

30ml of cranberry juice

20ml of lemon juice

zest of one orange

A few ice cubes

Method

Throw the Cointreau, cranberry juice, lemon juice and the ice blocks into a shaker. Shake, shake and shake it all about… Drain the liquid into a chilled martini glass and pop the zest of an orange peel in for some extra citrusy flavour. It’s a pink sensation!
