It's a great place to have a laid back evening with friends. Their food is good at times the staff take a bit too long but other than that, all in all a good place.

Dros is a lovely place to go chill, don't get me wrong. They are just negligent. From the toilets looking second hand to the fact that every time i order a plate of chips i always find something else in there, onions, or calamari, or something. Can't they separate their food? And take the wire coat hanger out of the toilets flushing system.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a one star!! I will never ever go back to this establishment! The only reason for going there in the first place was the need to sit down and get a meal so I could take my medication! Firstly the serivce was absolutely shocking... our waiter named Royal came to our table after we were seated... took our drinks order, so another waiter brought us our 3 cokes but we were still waiting for our kaluha coffee which was ordered at the same time. We then waited 15mins and then brought it to the waiters attention as he walked passed us, he then said to us it takes long to make and the kitchen is busy with it( I know that this is not true as I am trained in the hospitality industry, I know that those types of drinks are made in the bar and do not take 15mins to make) when it finally arrived (once again by another waiter not “Royal”) I could see immediately that it had been standing as the cream start to drop and blend into the coffee. Secondly, “Royal” then returns to take our food order... we place our order 1st a plain beef burger, 2nd a beef burger with a slice of cheese, 3rdly a bacon and avo burger and fourth a kiddies calamari... firstly all the burgers were ordered to be cooked medium as are all the other burgers I’ve ever eaten... to have our food arrive ( by two other waiters besides “Royal”) and only to find that - the onion rings where cold - chips where warmish but looked and tasted like slapp chips (which was horrible!! Only thing that saved the chips was the spice on the chips) - the bun of the burger was stale and dry(no sauce or butter) - I had gotten the end of the tomato and the ends of the gerkins on my burger( the ends should never be used as my training in the kitchen has taught me) -the patties were over cooked and charr’d and dry(no basting our anything) - the patties also tased like lamb and not beef -the only condiments available was salt and pepper and tomato sauce ( when asked for condiments they tried taking away from another table that was still using theirs) Thirdly, our waiter “Royal” never came to check on us and ask if we were enjoying our meal or if we wanted or needed anything extra. Fourthly, we eventually flagged him down and asked for the bill. Which he then decided to clear the table but then tried to take food away from my niece well she was clearly still busy eating. It is safe to say that it was the worst burger I’ve ever eaten and that we will never revisit the store and I will tell everyone I know or come into contact to not go there!! Has for my background and love for the industry I would gladly help dros and there staff get back on track!!

What a let down!!! Stopped in yesterday morning for some breakfast. Were treated nicely at the door and taken through to the smoking section, seated and given menus. Thats were the service ended. Ordered coffee while my man went to fetch our smokes out the car. Coffee took so long i went to check for the waiter to see if he had forgotten (there were only 2 other tables in the whole place). Waiter eventually brought our coffee and then took our order We chose to have burgers rather than breakfast). We decided to move to the bar to have our meal, we took our own cutlery and condiments but forgot the place mats - these were never brought to us. While we sitting at the bar the barman is busy stocking his bar, and climbing on the counter to put the wines away - surely this should be done before the customers arrive? The food took so long to arrive i thought they might have forgotten our order. When it eventually did arrive it was cold. The monkey gland burger we ordered the sauce looked like it was plastered on, it was so congealed. The patty while nice and thick was so dry, you eventually got tired of chewing. When we were finished eating ( left half the food) we put our plates to one side and no-one came to take them away. We then decided to have a drink and asked the barman for them as our waiter didn't come back. When we ordered our drinks the barman called the waiter who simply gave him his code and left (the plates were still there!!!). Then we were ready to leave - what a performance to get someone to find the waiter to pay the bill!!! Infact they never did find him, eventually the barman gave us our bill which we had to ask him for. We also asked for a manager but they were also nowhere to be found. Don't bother going there no-one cares at all. Shocking service and food!!!

We were very disappointed with our experience here. The service from our waiter was poor once we got our meal, to the point where we had to get the assistance of another waiter to get the bill and pay. We did not leave in a hurry yet our table still had our dirty plates and glasses on it. The food was below average. For the fish and prawns dish, the best part about the meal was the chips!! The same could be said for the cheese, onion and bacon burger. For an establishment that promotes a wine experience in the description, the drinks menu was a pathetic looking laminated sheet of paper. We won't be going here again.
