The place is very beautiful, service is very poor. You wait for 30 mins even for a glass of wine. It was not busy at all!!!!!!!!

Arrived at 7.15pm for a staff function. Approximately 15 persons in the group. Ordered starters at 7.45pm. Ordered main course at 8p.m. First starters arrived at 8.45. I ordered a prawn cocktail. At 9.00pm, I inquired as to the whereabouts of my starter. At 9.30pm, I was approached by a waiter with a carpaccio starter and informed that there were no prawns and I could have the carpaccio. I declined. By 9.40pm, with no signs of main courses being produced I left and dined at the local Mc Donalds on my way home. I will never set foot in this establishment again. James

Went there last night with a group f friends for a christmas meal. The place looks very good but the service was extremely bad. Took the waiter ages to bring two cocktails for 2 of the group. Ordered two pitches of water which never arrived. After enquiring about it for the 3rd time we each received a glass of water. The first bottles of wines that we ordered was "sold out". The wine list is very pricey and why bother to have 3 bottles that are not so expensive on your list if you do not stock them. The restaurant was not very busy and that could not have been the reason for the bad service. The food was good but the waiters shuld maybe get some lessons from their local Spur. I do not know if I will go there again.

Food was amazing.. the chef got the meat just right... soft, juicy and full of flavour. The portion was a good hearty belly full, unlike other cuisine style dining. The music outside does not suit the restaurant and cuisine style dining though.. I would like to see more ambient music being played. Service was great, my waiter checked om me a lot and the order took no more than 20 minutes. I am pleased and will definitely return. I recommend the restaurant for anyone seeking a delicious quick meal.

Visited Cielo on Sunday morning. The lady who greeted us at the door was off putting- we wanted a table outside and could clearly see that there were spaces available but she didn't even try to bother to make a plan for us. She did the same thing to a couple that walked in after us but here the manager stepped in and made a plan. The most disturbing part of the visit to Cielo was the cake table which had cupcakes FULL OF MOULD diaplayed on the table. When I questioned one of the waiters on it, he said rudely that they weren't for customers anyway but were just for display. Mouldy cake does not make for a good display. I asked to speak to the manager but I was ignored and instead walked out unhappy while the manager chatted with some other folk... The food we were served was great- I highly recommend it- but there is just something that is not gelling with the staff- their attitudes really need adjustment.
