    We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday on Valentine's Day at Backsberg - what a treat! We pre-ordered a picnic, and was treated to bread, crackers, cheeses, fruit, fish, meat pies, lovely desserts ... Truly a lovely setting under huge trees, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy their stunning MCC. All in all a great experience!

    We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Backsberg on Sunday last. Generous fresh salads, delicious lamb cut from the spit, crispy roasties and delightful service. All under the shade of the trees, with a great musician playing away and the children enjoying the lawn and the jungle gym. Perfect for families...and the wine was good too!
