I travel with my "Eat Out Awards" magazine and choose restaurants based on "Eat Out" and "Tripadvisor". Welcome good, first service fantastic, starters good. Main course disappointing - too much food "slapped" on a plate; flavours not meeting menu promises. Mediterranean vegetables consisted of roasted butternut topped with underdone green beans. And that's where it ended - no aftersales service whatsoever. No offer for more wine; dinner plates cleared after a long wait; no dessert offered - to the extent we left our table and went to the reception area, again having to wait for our bill. Entire evening spoilt!
