The focus is on ‘real food’ using fresh, local ingredients in simple dishes with a healthy spin on organic, preservative-free farm produce. A good-value country menu is inspired by deli fare – Tokara’s own olive oils, artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, preserves, pastries, cakes and quiches. Enjoy a cheese or antipasti platter or the weekend lunch buffet. Great for big country brunches or unpretentious lunches of wholesome sandwiches, salads and burgers – plus a special kids’ menu.
