A Valentine's day disaster! We've been to PURE a number of times so were really disappointed with what must have been one of the worst dining experiences ever. There were only two staff serving a fully booked restaurant. The entire restaurant was up in arms, with people having to fetch their own cutlery, clear their own tables and fetch their own drinks from the bar. Food when it eventually arrived was cold. We feel ripped off at R550 a head for what was meant to be a special evening.
