Fat Cactus (Gardens)

I regularly go to the Fat Cactus in Park Road as it is close to home and a popular (sometimes raucous) place.
The service has always been good and the manager is attentive.
Lately my experiences of the food have made me question my regular visits - the hard shell tacos have been stale on 2 occasions (the manager did offer their soft shell tacos instead), and the chilli poppers of late have a soggy batter - where's the crumbed crunch??
I really hope the improve on these before the summer and its balmy nights where I love to spend an evening sipping on their frozen margaritas and eating their food.
