Topped with raspberries, coconut and pistachios, this easy make-it-yourself muesli is a delicious, healthy alternative to sugar-laden breakfast cereals.
Serves: 4
Mix the oats, cinnamon, milk and yoghurt together. Leave to soften. Smash the raspberries and honey together. When you are ready to eat, spoon over the berry sauce, nuts and coconut.
COOK’S TIP
If you prefer less dairy, soak the oats in apple juice.
